In fact, more scientific studies are indicating compelling health-related findings associated with consuming blueberries, in general. First, this flavored blend is typically brewed from black or green tea, which contain antioxidant properties that promote good health. In addition, special blends of quality loose leaf white blueberry tea are available that offer a delicate, delicious tasting iced or hot beverage with high levels of antioxidants.
