Brewing tea WITHOUT a thermometer

Brewing tea without a thermometer might sound scary - but if you brew the same kind of tea all the time it can be very easily! Mixing two volumes of water together (one boiling and one at room temp, which is usually 72F or 22C) in known volumes produces a known temperature!
I created a calculator so you can figure out how much water to use for your favorite tea. Just remember the ratio and you're all set! The calculator can be found at :
